Former TMKOC Star Gurucharan Singh Returns Home After Leaving Worldly Life
Gurucharan Singh, the former actor of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has finally returned home after being missing for nearly a month. His absence since April 22 had sparked concern among fans and family members, but recent reports shed light on the reason behind his disappearance. According to India Today, citing the Delhi Police, Singh had embarked on a religious journey during his time away. He had visited several gurudwaras in cities like Amritsar and Ludhiana. The actor explained to the police that he had chosen to leave behind his worldly life to embark on a spiritual quest.
However, he eventually felt the need to return home. His family had filed a missing persons’ report after he failed to return to his parents’ home in Delhi, where he was visiting from Mumbai. The investigation into Singh’s disappearance revealed that he is a follower of a meditation sect and had expressed interest in traveling to the Himalayas for further meditation. Initially, his sudden absence had led the Delhi Police to file a kidnapping case, but it was later determined that his absence was voluntary and driven by religious motivations. Financial records showed that Singh frequently used credit cards and managed multiple bank accounts.
During his absence, he reportedly withdrew Rs 14,000 from an ATM and utilized his credit cards to manage balances between accounts. Singh’s father, Hargit Singh, expressed surprise at his son’s financial situation, stating that he had been unaware of any financial difficulties his son might have been facing. With Gurucharan Singh’s safe return, fans and loved ones can now breathe a sigh of relief. His spiritual journey and subsequent reunion with his family mark a significant chapter in his life, one that has been filled with both personal and religious growth.
