Aaliya Siddiqui’s Clarification: No Alimony Taken from Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Opens Up About Daughter Shora’s Response to Her New Partner from Italy

We have been hearing a lot about Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui. She is now making news for opening about the accusation of demanding and getting the alimony from her ex-husband once things got sorted out financially between the two. She was talking to a Btown based portal wherein she clarified stating that she has not got any single penny from her ex-husband. Rather she has said to him in writing that she is willing to give him everything except the house. 

Aaliya explained that she needs the house to live her life and that she has an equal share in it. She wants her half from Nawaz so that she can pay her debts and take care of herself. She said that the money that has exchanged hands between her and Nawaz is court-mandated. She added that the amount of money that Nawaz gives her every month is because the court has ordered him to do so. She also insisted that she left Nawaz, not the other way around, and that it is Nawaz who has always told her how much money he has given her.

Aaliya then talked about her new relationship. She revealed that she met a man from Italy at a party. He liked her eyes and she liked his face, and they started talking. She said that the man has been very supportive of her during a difficult time. She called him intelligent and a gentleman. She also revealed that her daughter, Shora, asked her about the new man in her life. Aaliya told her that he is just a friend, but Shora told her that she would respect her if she told her the truth. 

Aaliya said that she will definitely tell Shora about the relationship when the time is right. She wants Shora to be a little more mature, and she may tell her in one or two years. However, Aaliya said that she has no plans to get married or live with the man. She just wants a friend to spend time with, and she insists that their relationship is nothing more than friendship. Aaliya also made it clear that she is not officially divorced from Nawaz yet.
