Anurag Kashyap to be called at the Police Station for Questioning in Payal Ghose Case
The ongoing tussle between the actress Payal Ghose and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap seemed to have reached an ugly juncture. Thanks to her recent allegation on the filmmaker of rape charges against Kashyap, the lady has gone down to the Versova Police station to file a complaint against the filmmaker. With this the latest buzz suggests that he could be called for questioning by the police against the charges posed in the latest FIR as reported by the lady in the said police station.
The actress has claimed that she was molested and even raped by the filmmaker at his residence in 2013. She chose not to speak as she feared losing her career. However, she feels that this is the high time when she should speak, hence she came out to speak now. The filmmaker has been hurled with several allegations and thus the FIR has booked the director on different sections of the IPC.
These include 376 (I) (rape), 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty,). The moment the lady hurled the allegations against the filmmaker a few in the Bollywood have come to support Kashyap. These include his former assistant who narrated a story as to how the director was upset hearing from an aspiring actress who was ready to sleep with him for getting work from the filmmaker.
