The mega star Amitabh Bachchan is back in the news for his upcoming film Jhund. The film is based on the life of a social activist based in Nagpur with Big B playing the leading role. The film is likely to be released on Amazon Prime. The film is back in the news and the recent buzz suggested that Hyderabad based filmmaker called Nandi Chinni Kumar was seen filing a contempt of court against the OTT platform Amazon Prime and thus are seen talking about the makers upcoming film.
The OTT platform was seen entering into an agreement where the makers of the film had to upload and share the screen of the movie on the OTT platform. Kumar was seen alleging that this is a trial court along with the high court orders. The director had even sued earlier for the alleged copyright infringement. Taking this contempt petition one can find the city court also directing the producers of the film countering on 9th November.
He was seen claiming Manjule along with the producer Savita Raj along with the T-Series VP Shiv Chanana was seen bringing out the rights from Paul. We have seen getting the no-objection certificates to enter the states, which he did not sell any rights or having given any consent from the filmmaker Nagraj Manjule or the makers of the film Jhund. He is seen as an authorized person in order to exploit the life story rights. The court is seen dating on 17th September for barring showcasing the same.
