After releasing the teaser of the film The Girl on the Train, the makers are back with the trailer. The film features Parineeti Chopra in the leading roles while the actors Kirti Kulhari, Aditi Rao Hydari and Avinash Tiwary are seen in the leading and supporting roles. The film is all set to release on the streaming giant called Netflix. Ribhu Dasgupta is the director of the film, which is all set to stream from 26th Feb 2021.Â
As you check the trailer we see Parineeti Chopra playing the character called Meera Kapoor talking about a lady whom she admires a lot while catching her through the window of a passenger train too often. The women is seen turning dead and Meera is caught for this murder. She suffers from amnesia where she does not remember that happened in the past. She has remained the victim of alcoholism. The film is based on a novel by Paula Hawkins with the same author.Â
The movie happens to be the adaptation of a Hollywood film by Emily Blunt playing the leading role. While talking about the movie, Parineeti Chopra said the movie was entirely a different experience for her and she loved playing such a role for the first time. She said she always wanted to challenge herself and this role in the film was one of its kind which she was looking for a long time.
