Choreographer Punit J Pathak is now in headlines for getting marriage with his fiance Nidhi Moony Singh. They were in relationship for tow and half years and finally they tied the knot in Lonavala on 11 December. The wedding took place over a two-day ceremony at a resort where there was a mehndi ceremony, wedding and brunch reception. Due to Corona, the wedding was a small event in the presence of some close friends and few relatives.
The wedding was attended by family members, besides Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia and Yashaswini Dayama, along with their friends from the industry.
Punit J Pathak, while talking about the wedding, said, “There are a lot of mix feelings.” Nidhi and I are trying to be as normal as possible but this is a very emotional moment. Again and again I think that I am getting married. Nidhi and I have talked about it, and we want to keep things as they are now or when we met on the first day. There is nothing better than marrying your best friend. “
The pair first met on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, and got engaged in August this year. Puneet had previously shared that the lockdown had given him time to think about it all and eventually decided that it was time to get married.
Regarding making the ceremony as simple as possible, he said, “We are happy that people took time for our ceremonies to be part of our program.” Sadly, due to the epidemic we could not invite many people.
