Gehana Vasisth was born as Vandana Tiwari is a TV actor and model along with a TV host. She adopted her stage name as Gehna. She was born on 16th June 1988 in Bhopal, MP. She did her schooling and college from Bhopal later went to complete her B.Tech in Computer Science. However, after her engineering from the college All Saints College of Technology, Bhopal, she was seen approached by a TV filmmaker Shah Yar Khan who gave her the first chance to appear for an ad for the brand Monte Carlo.Â
She did the ad for the brand as a lead model and later got the chance to work with international brands like Cruize Car, Philips Arena and Chevrolet, along with the domestic brands like Dreamstone Jewellery and ‘Palak sarees’ and many more. In her early days, she has done more than 70 advertisements. She got the chance to act in the TV show called Behenein on Star Plus and later worked as a VJ as well on the MTV Show called True Life show on MTV India. She also was the host for the Cricket World Cup 2015 for one of the news channels with commentators like Yograj Singh and Atul Wassan.
While being in modeling, she also tried her luck in Miss Asia Bikini and won the title in 2012 that brought her in the limelight. She represented India in various other bikini model shows. Some of her films include Filmy Duniya, Lakshnvi Ishq, Savith Bhabhi and Unmad. She also appeared in various musical videos. She is now the regular face in web series starting with Gandi Baat on Alt Balaji and then she did Nerd (TV series) on Zee 5, Mirror The Bitter Truth on Amazon Prime, Me too (Indian TV series) on Ullu App, Andheri Westmon Kindibox, Reflection of Life – Mirror on Don Cinema and Bhabhi ji Ghar Par hai’on PrimeFlix.Â
