The recently announced budget for the year 2021 seemed to have got a mixed reaction by the people. One can see a divide of good and bad about the budget, but looking at Bollywood, one can see a bit dismayed with the same. They had hopes that the upcoming budget would bring some good change for the industry but many feel that it had little changes for the industry. The first one to react on the budget was Shatrugan Sinha. As per TV9India news portal, he has remained a part of the ruling party and is known for his tough statement against the party.
He said the budget is smart but he could not see any solution to raise funds for various things promised in the new budget. He went on to say that the budget has nothing to give the film industry alleging that the entertainment domain has been neglected in it. On the other side, the web series The Scam actor Pratik Gandhi also gave his reaction on the budget. Although he did not say anything about it but only shared a dialogue from the film that says no doubt the budget is good and then shared about the filmy and explosive dialogues on the Indian economy.Â

The next was Richa Chaddha who has remained vocal on various issues. She had some wise words of wisdom that came in the form of expectations. She said in her tweet on 1st Feb that she is hoping for something good to come out of the new budget.
