Karan Johar Sends a Letter to PM Modi Sharing plans to Celebrate 75 Years of Independence n B Town
As we are heading close to the 75th anniversary of Indian Freedom, we see many plans surfacing slowly and steadily. However, with Pandemic still haunting us, we see the Bollywood coming out to discuss about the same the very first. It was Karan Johar, the popular filmmaker of B Town who came out to write a letter to Mr. Modi, the Indian PM discussing his plans about the celebration in the Tinsel Town. On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, the filmmaker wrote to the PM informing that they intend to make some inspiring content on the same.
This will propagate the films based on inspiring content carrying values, valour and the culture of the country. While tweeting about the same, the Indian PM said that he is honored and humbled to curate the stories to showcase the greatness of the nation as India heads to celebrate the 75 years of its independence. While sharing the letter to the Indian PM, he also tagged other filmmakers like Rajkumar Hirani, Ekta Kapoor, Sajid Naidadwala, Rohit Shetty and others.

Besides this project, he has a couple of other ventures in B Town in the pipeline. These include the film with Big B, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt called the science fiction film – Brahamastra. He also intends to write a book on being a father of twins Yash and Roohi. He was even trolled for the same when he shared his plans to write a book.
