The recent few weeks have intensified with nepotism debate in the media. There are few B Town actors and the fans of Sushant Singh Rajput who have been dragging the outsider vs. insider debate too long. Many star kids like Alia Bhatt and others had to face tough times with the trolls taking around their lives. Little did the leading stars and Bollywood actors speak on this issue. But we now see Kareena Kapoor Khan coming out and talking about the same.
In her exclusive interview, she was seen talking about her career, which has started 21 years back. In her interview, she said that her career of 21 years did not last with nepotism. He further added saying that she can name numerous star kids whose career did not last long. Then she took the names of actors like SRK and Ayushmann Khurrana who proved in B Town despite being outsiders. She said she has also worked hard to secure this position in the industry.Â
She added that it was the audience who made her and not people who have been talking about nepotism. She further said if people feel that nepotism makes any star then they have the choice of not watching the films in theatre. She called the discussion around this subject to be weird. She ended up saying that it is the audience who make or mar the star. Hence if people feel that star kids only prosper in B Town, then they should stop watching their films.
