Laxxmi Bomb: The makers get Legal Notice from Shri Rajput Karni Sena for Title Change
It seems that the Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani film Laxxmi Bomb is getting one trouble to the other. As days passed, the film is getting repulsion from the fringe group called Shri Rajput Karni Sena, which has sent the makers a legal notice asking the outfit to demand a title change. Laxmmi Bomb starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani are playing the leading roles and the film is slated to release on 9th November on Disney Plus Hotstar.
As per reports, the legal notice to the makers was sent by the lawyer Raghavendra Mehrotra on behalf of the fringe group. The film talks about a ghost who remains a transgender played by Akshay Kumar. As per the notice, the film’s title remains offensive and derogatory to the Goddess Laxmi which is a revered deity of Hindu Community. The notice also read that the film has lowered the dignity of the lady and even shown disrespect towards the deity.
This also sent out a wrong message in our community towards the ideology, gods and custom by belittling the Hindu religion claimed the reports. The film Laxmmi Bomb happens to be a remake of the Tamil movie called Muni2: Kanchana of the film it has Raghava Lawrence as its director.
