Mirzapur 2 Review
The second season takes a recap of the first for a few minutes and then the battle for the throne comes in the picture. Surprisingly, we get to see on a run which reduces the proceedings and in a painful fashion. One can even find some unexcited conversations taking place in the real drama that soon starts. Now, talking about the performances, Pankaj Tripathi’s brilliant performance can be felt from the very first scene and it goes on propelling the coming time. The character Ali Fazal seems to be nicely developed in the second season and he is able to carry it forward with the right blend of passion and performance.
The other actors in the star cast for the second season like Divyendu Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi and Vijay Varma also did justice to their assigned roles and acted in their respective characters adding an edge to the series. Rest remains the same par with the first season and in many ways better than the erstwhile prequel. These include the direction, action, cinematography, screenplay, editing and other elements. All these elements went par giving the right bend of mind to the audience.
Mirzapur 2 – The Last Word
So, with all said and done, the second season promises some interesting elements on the small screen as promised by the makers. Although you may miss Bably Bhaiya and Sweety Bhabhi in the second season, yet there are loads of other things to enjoy in Mirzapur 2.
