Raj Kundra has remained in the news for some time as he was arrested for being the key player in creating B grade and pronographic movies and he was involved in publishing the content using a few applications. He has been arrested for sometime, and was not getting bail for long. Finally, today he was granted bail by the Metropolitan Court in Mumbai.
Further, when the bail came forward , Kundra’s lawyer – Prashant Patil was seen claiming that there is not a single evidence to prove anything against him, while it just came into the hotshots that came under the scanner proving him guilty. Raj Kundra who is the husband of Shilpa Shetty is a businessman and he was booked under the IPC cyber laws pertaining to explicit content as per the IT Act.
