With so many hue and cry in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, we now hear that the lady is coming up with a challenge to sue the late actor’s family for leveling false charges against her in the FIR made with Patna Police. Talking about the issue, her lawyer Satish Manshinde claimed that Sushant’s sister was knowing about his mental health and that she was even informed about the doctor’s prescription and the chats. The lawyer said that the family is also aware about the mental health issue of the late actor.
The lawyer claimed that the family members even exchanged the prescription notes with each other and in their FIR in Patna, they have lied against his client Rhea Chakraborty. Having said that, the lady will be taking all the possible legal actions against Sushant’s family members. Earlier, the WhatsApp chats got leaked of the actor’s family members with Shruti Modi the ex manager of the late actor. Sushant’s elder brother Nitu is seen talking about the case with Shruti Modi.
The other chat that got leaked includes the one with Sister Priyanka and the late actor where she is seen suggesting him to consider a prescription from a doctor in Delhi. The lawyer therefore said that the family was knowing that Sushant was consuming medicines for his depression. As Rhea and her family members have interrogated a lot. The Enforcement Directorate is now looking into the matter of money laundering element after Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh had filed an FIR against them.
