The debate on nepotism seems to have gone a long way ever since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The first one to take up this issue is Kagana Ranaut who slammed the star kids and the filmmaker Karan Johar for supporting and launching them. She has been vocal on this issue and demanding justice for the late actor as he was mistreated by many including Karan Johar for being an outsider.Â
In the recent buzz we now see the Queen actress asking the Indian government to take back the prestigious award Padma Shri given to the filmmaker Karan Johar. The director was honored with this award earlier this year by the government in power for making his contribution in Indian cinema. Kangana claims that it was Karan who has intimidated actors like SUshant and conspired to malign his career. He has even made some films that remain anti-national against the armed forces.
So, considering all these reasons, the actress now wants the Indian Government to take back the award given to Karan Johar for being against the Uri attacks and making a film that remains anti-national along with attempting to sabotage the career of Sushant Singh Rajput. Kangana has been vocal against Karan for many reasons and her difference with the filmmaker has now gone to the extent when we see her demanding the government to snatch away KJO’s Padma Shri.
