When he was composing the song and music for one of the songs of the said film, he was facing a tough time. His productivity almost turned zero and the director Ram Gopal Verma felt so wild that he wished to punch the maestro musician AR Rahman. The composer was based in his hotel room and was working from there where he was distracted by the cable TV around him. It was this film that gave his debut in Bollywood.Â
The film featured Aamir Khan, Urmila Matondkar, and Jackie Shroff in the leading roles. Since then it was no looking back for the composer as he went on to give some of the best movies and even grabbed Oscar Award for his music in the film Slumdog Millionaire. Rahman was in Goa staying in one of the cottages when he was getting distracted by the cable TV volume. He had to literally work hard for the same. The makers shot for the song Hai Rama. But with these issues, Rahman kept his work delayed.
