Rhea Chakraborty Requests the Court Not to Cancel FIR For SSR’s Sister
As we see the actress and former girlfriend of SSR – Rhea Chakraborty facing a few investigations over the death case of the actor Sushant Sing Rajput, the lady seemed to have requested the Bombay high Court not to dismiss the case hurled against his two sisters. In the said FIR, the lady has said that both the sisters of Sushant have accused Rhea of getting a fake medical prescription. The court has asked the CBI not to take any action against them.
The case against SSR sister – Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh was filed on behalf of their family stating how Rhea has tried to exploit him with money and other things. In her petition, we can see Rhea fabricating the prescription that was meant to help the actor to procure the banned medicines by the Narcotics Department. These fall under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The complaint came when Sushant Rajput’s sister texted her late brother on 8th June.
The chats were found by the media while the case was filed against Rhea and issues of mental health were talked about by the former girlfriend of Sushant. The FIR also talks about Priyanka Singh giving advice to her late brother to take three medicines – Librium, Mexito and Lonazep — which are generally prescribed by the doctors for issues like depression and anxiety. She then was seen sending out the prescription with the said drugs that were not sold on the counter but could be collected from other sources.
