Rhea Chakraborty after her explosive interview with a few channels created a good buzz around Sushant’s death case. She has remained at the center of the controversy creating too much buzz around the issue. The actress has been grilled by the Mumbai Police earlier for eight hours and even by the ED with her brother Showik Chakraborty. Even he was called by the CBI this Thursday and grilled for eight hours to investigate this matter in detail.Â
Now, the central agency is calling upon Rhea to record her statement on her role in death as Sushant’s family has claimed in their FIR done in Bihar. The CBI has come forward to take up the case once the Supreme Court gave the verdict ordering the Mumbai Police to handover the investigation to the central agency. The Half Girlfriend actress will appear today before the CBI.Â
On the other side, the Enforcement Directorate is seen inquiring into the alleged money laundering and fraud charges against the actress after SSR’s father alleged that Rhea and her family have been involved in taking away the money from Sushant’s account. This Thursday her father Indrajit Chakraborty was called by ED and they grilled him for six hours asking the family’s bank locker and other details. Sushat committed suicide on 14th June in Mumbai. Since then Rhea’s name has surfaced in this case as she has remained in living with the late actor. She had left Sushant a week before he committed suicide.
