Richa Chadha Vs. Payal Ghosh: The Fukrey actress files defamation case suit against the actress

A bad news there for the Payal Ghosh fans as we could see the Fukrey fame actress Richa Chadha has now filed a defamation case against her. We have seen the war of words between the two when Payal took her name while alleging to Anurag Kashyap that he raped the actress. Payal, while defining the filmmaker, even named a few actresses like Richa Chaddha and Swara Bhaskar that unnerved Richa. Hence she was quick to send Payal a legal notice from her lawyer.

She called her name to be false, vexatious and frivolous when Payal alleged that Anurag raped her as she has done to the actresses like Richa and Swara Bhaskar. Besides Payal, Richa also had filed a defamation case against Richa as well. She informed about the same on a South Indian news channel where she said to post libelous content against her on social media that has further maligned the image and reputation of Richa. She reacted to the words of KRK and Payal when they claimed that actresses like Richa, Huma and Mahie Gill have given the filmmaker sexual favours for getting films.

This outraged Richa that led her the lady to take stern action against Payal. This Monday a single judge bench heard the plea of Richa which demanded the whopping 1.1 Cr for the same. Now, she is planning to take the matter to the Bombay High Court as well, which will be now heard this Wednesday.
