Saif Ali Khan Faces the Heat for his Raavan ‘humane’ in Adipurush remark with a Case
Saif Ali Khan seems to be in trouble again as a case is registered against the actor for the Raavan Humane in Adi Purush comment. Ever since his remark came in air, he has remained in the hot water for his next movie. It seems the hot water is getting hotter with the passing day. The actor was seen talking about the abduction of Sita by Adipurush and thus called Raavan to be humane. This has now added legal issues against the actor.
As per reports, a Civil Court lawyer called Himanshu Srivastava from UP has filed a case against the actor for hurting religious sentiments. As per reports, the plea was submitted to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) court based in the Jaunpur district of the said Indian state. The hearing for the same will be on December 23. The lawyer in his plea has claimed that he is an ardent believer of Sanatana Dharma. He also said that traditionally Lord Ram symbolizes good whereas Raavan is the known evil.
He added the names of witnesses in his case who have seen the interview of Saif Ali Khan where he made that statement hurting the religious sentiments. When he slammed for his remark, Saif Ali Khan also issued his apology and took his words back. In his statement he said the remark was not made with the intention to hurt the religious sentiments.
