Salman Khan Ditches Yash Raj Film’s 230 Crores Deal & Opts another Theatrical Deal With Zee Studios
As the Pandemic moves ahead, the films from B Town have been released on the streaming platforms. These include Coolie No 1 and Laxmi, which took over the digital route. Now, we have been waiting to catch other movies but the star Salman Khan is also waiting to see his film Radhe to release in theatres. However, now, we hear that the actor is planning to get the film released via a OTT platform.
Yes, you heard it right, as per the recent reports of Bollywood Hungama, the star has signed a deal of 230 crores with a leading player Zee Studios. The film seems to have come in collaboration with Yash Raj Films and the revenue would be shared on a commission basis. However, the actor has made sure to sign up a proper deal of 230 crore with Zee to make sure that there is no loss with his film. Sources close to the portal have confirmed about the same saying that the superstar has even sold the satellite theatrical rights as well.
Also, he has sold the music and digital rights of the film Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai to Zee Studios with the whopping INR 230 crores. This comes out to be the biggest deal in Covid times. He has been discussing this deal since past few weeks and now things have taken the right shape by gaining huge for the film. This seems to be a reasonable deal, which seems to be a stable profit for the actor whereas Zee too can be seen getting too many risks.
