It’s been a tough war of words between the Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and Kangana Ranaut ever since she made her comment on Mumbai City calling it a PoK. This offended many including the Shiv Sena Leader Raut who then asked Kangana not to return to Mumbai if she feels that insecure and give a bad name to the city which has given her the fame and stardom. This then led to the demolition of a certain portion of her Mumbai based office cum studio as it has been called illegal by the BMC.
As the feud between Kangana Ranaut and Sanjay Raut continues, we now see the Shiv Sena leader asking the Khiladi of Bollywood – Akshay Kumar the reason why he has remained silent on the comment. As per the entertainment portal Koimoi, the latest column in party’s mouthpiece Saamana, Raut by Raut has claimed that the city of Mumbai is only a place to make money and defame it. He went on to compare the Bollywood with Pandavas of Mahabharat who seemed to have remained mute on the issue of Draupadi getting disrobed.
He continued saying that people coming to the Industry from outside stay on the footpath and once they get work and fame they shift to posh areas like Pali Hill, Malabar Hill or Juhu in their huge bungalows. Most of these people tend to remain grateful to Mumbai and even the state which have allowed them to pursue their dreams and turn big. He concluded saying that most of them never betrayed the city and even have contributed to the growth of Mumbai City.
