SRK action starrer Jawan Makes Box Office History

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has made history by crossing the first week box office collection of Aamir Khan’s Ghajini on its opening day. Ghajini, which released in 2008, was the first Hindi film to cross the ₹100 crore (US$13 million) mark. It took the film four weeks to achieve this feat, and its first-week collection was ₹55.16 crore (US$6.1 million).

Jawan, on the other hand, has crossed the ₹55.16 crore mark in just one day. The film has grossed a total of ₹75 crore (US$9.2 million) on its opening day, making it the highest-grossing opening day for any Hindi film. This is a huge achievement for Jawan and for Shah Rukh Khan. It is a testament to the actor’s star power and the film’s popularity. It is also a sign of the growing box office power of the Hindi film industry.

It is possible that a film may soon enter the ₹100 crore club on its very first day. The way Jawan is performing, it is not out of the question. The film has had a phenomenal start at the box office, and it is showing no signs of slowing down. And if you look at the global collection, it has already entered into the 100 Crore Collection getting 129.6 Crores on day one. While talking about the second day collection, the Hindi Version of the action fill has taken the toll to 53 Crores, which is huge.

Only time will tell if Jawan will be able to achieve this feat. However, one thing is for sure: the film has already made history. Jawan is a high-budget action thriller directed by Atlee and produced by Gauri Khan. It stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, along with Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sanya Malhotra. Jawan’s opening day collection is the highest for any Hindi film, beating the previous record set by Tiger Shroff’s Heropanti 2 (₹53.35 crore).
