Synopsis: The streaming giant – Netflix is back in the news and this time for a web film Ginny Weds Sunny. The web film has an interesting star cast with actors like Vikrant Massey and Yami Gautam in the leading roles playing Sunny and Ginny respectively. This is perhaps the third venture with the streaming giant. It is directed by Puneet Khanna while it is written by Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora. Besides the two actors in the leading roles, we have others like Ayesha Raza to name the others.
Vikrant gets his third venture after he did films like Cargo and Alankrita Shrivastava’s Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare. The makers of the film have released the trailer which seemed to have garnered a good buzz around the film. Talking about the plot, it gives a glimpse in the lives of Ginny played by Yami and Sunny by Vikrant. Ginny’s mom is looking for some eligible bachelor for her daughter, but does not want to bank on the arranged marriage setup. Then comes the man who is young and suitable, known to speak cheesiest dialogues that impresses the lady. However, Yami is confused about taking up him as her husband, while Sunny is committed to marry. So what goes in the romantic comedy that turns with a chaotic situation?
