Siddharth Anand Confirms Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat’s New Film Titled Jewel Thief: The Red Sun Chapter
Produced under ‘Marflix Pictures’ by Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand, the film is being directed by Robbie Grewal. With this combination of talented producers, directors, and actors, expectations are running high for this heist drama. The project will also feature the talented Jaideep Ahlawat in a pivotal role. Reports suggest that the film will focus on the intense battle between Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat and will have a direct-to-digital release. Currently shooting in Budapest, Siddharth Anand, Mamta Anand, Saif Ali Khan, Robbie Grewal, and the rest of the cast and crew are fully immersed in bringing this project to life.Â

While this marks Robbie and Saif’s first collaboration, Khan and Siddharth have previously worked together on Salaam Namaste and Ta Ra Rum Pum. The film’s screenplay, written by Grewal, Anand, and Sambit Mishra, promises an exhilarating battle of wits set against the backdrop of a high-stakes heist. Industry insiders have been buzzing with speculation ever since it was announced that Netflix secured the rights to the film for a reported sum of Rs. 60 crore. In addition to this project, Saif Ali Khan will also be seen in Jr. NTR’s upcoming Telugu film Devara: Part 1, alongside Janhvi Kapoor. The film is scheduled for release in October 2024.
