As the NCB progressed ahead with the interrogation of the drug angel, we now see the agency calling the divas whose names have been surfaced. These include Sara Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh and others. We now hear Deepika Padukone getting interrogated for five hours by the agency this Saturday in connection with the drugs chat she had with her manager – Karishma Prakash about the availability of the same.
Now, we see NCB seizing her phone for the further interrogation of the same. As per reports, the lady was seen breaking down thrice during the interrogation and the NCB official was quick to warn the lady saying that she should try any emotional drama before them as they were expecting the same. They said that they were prepared to see her playing the emotional card and thus the lady should not try the same before them.
Deepika told the officials that although she had a discussion on drugs with her then manager but she is not involved in procuring any narcotics substance. Talking about her work, she is busy shooting for her next film in Goa along with Ananya Panday and the Gully Boy actor Sidhant. While her other film 83 is all set to release soon.
